Bejeweled Salad - an Attempt

 

lamb's lettuce, pomegranate seeds, baguette, goat's cheese, mustard and mayo

we bought a pomegrante at the market thinking its seeds would look like little rubies peeking through the green lettuce. unfortunately, our pomegranete was a little on the pale side. but it tasted delicious anyway!
