Bonjour, Paris!

It’s been three days since we arrived in Paris and we had our first visitor yesterday! My friend Alex came by and since it was her birthday, Franz prepared a birthday salad:

red oak leaf lettuce, a few sliced tomatoes, fennel, lemon zests, feta cheese, garlic croutons, and fresh parsley dressed with a crème fraîche, lemon, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and olive oil vinaigrette.

Alex brought éclairs for dessert! <3 they were gone before we could take a picture!

    You have to watch (and perhaps read) footphotography-blogs.

    So, genug englisch. Wäre halt abgefahren zu sehen, was so mit den Fotos in dem halben Jahr passiert. Aber man will ja eigentlich nur essen und nicht schöne Fotos machen vom Essen!

    Weil du das nicht verstanden hast, versuche ich mich anders auszudrücken:
    Wenn du so Blogs anschaust, wo sie Essen fotografiren, wirst du da vielleicht selbst besser und am Ende bist du Profi-Food-Fotografin ;).

  3. Croutons must alvys be sörved vorm. I'm wondering if this is really going to work.... I mean writing comments. Not your meals. Which are delectable, I know.
