Franz made a rustic, stew-ish dish the other day:

potatoes, carrots, celery, fennel, leek, vegetable stock, honey, ginger, onion, garlic, splash of balsamic vinegar, squirt of lemon, parsley, s & p

side: lamb's lettuce, tomato, sesame, ginger, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, s & p

 basmati rice, feta cheese, zucchini, celery, shallots, garlic, s & p

safran risotto with mushrooms, baby spinach and rocket salad (apologies for the wobbly picture!)
