My mum had given us a DIY-falafel-mix when she came to visit in January. And since we had a whole bunch of ketchup baggies in the fridge it seemed like the perfect day to make them:
falafel, ketchup (we love ketchup!), couscous
couscous, spring onion, tomato, parsley, dukkah, s & p
